| Last week we got our first Christmas card… well actually it was a little thank you card all the way from Malawi. Thali Easton have been selling CDs raising money for the charity TEMWA for the past year, celebrating the best of Bristol on the underground music scene, whilst putting pennies towards community ventures happening in Malawi care of the charity.
TEMWA's objective is to help build a sustainable future for the people of Malawi through community-based projects. Temwa is working with the people of Malawi, enabling them to become self sufficient and giving them hope for their families' futures. |
Temwa coordinates fundraising activities, puts on events, compiles CDs all in support of projects regarding health and education, skills development, agriculture and irrigation, and support for schools.
